MiC Talent is nontraditional in its recruitment and placement activities in as much as we work hard to place the talent we train in conjunction with our parent company, Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC). MiC Talent and MiC work together to develop the cybersecurity pipeline. Our market differentiator? We don't gather resumes, we build cybersecurity talent from the ground up.
Specifically, we take a unique and multi-pronged approach to filling the cybersecurity talent pipeline by combining technical training and leadership development opportunities. Registered Apprenticeship Program
Our Registered Apprenticeship Program features our one-of-a-kind Cybersecurity Workforce Immersion Model and is a 12-month program where, upon acceptance, apprentices are trained for a specific cybersecurity role aligned to the NICE Workforce Framework.
