Through the MiC Talent Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), we’re developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals! Whether you’re new to the field, transitioning careers, or looking to upskill, our RAP provides hands-on technical training, guided coursework, mentoring, and leadership development to help you confidently enter and become an integral part of the cybersecurity workforce.
In partnership with the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC), apprentices can continue their journey through the 39-month Cybersecurity Residency Program—a structured pathway that combines advanced training, project-based learning, and professional experience. Together, these programs create a seamless route from foundational skills to three years of real-world expertise, preparing graduates for high-demand cybersecurity role.
