A New Way of Training Cybersecurity Talent
A New Way of Training Cybersecurity Talent
Coming Soon:
MiC Talent Solutions is joining forces with the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC) to bridge the gap between education and real-world experience.
Through this partnership, MNC-CTC trains tomorrow’s cybersecurity leaders, and MiC Talent connects them to paid apprenticeships and career opportunities that launch their futures.
MNC-CTC’s 39-month Cybersecurity Residency Program takes students from beginner to expert through hands-on learning, leadership development, and advanced technical training aligned with national workforce standards.
Built on the success of MiC Talent’s U.S. Department of Labor–Registered Apprenticeship Program, this expanded pathway delivers the three years of experience top employers are looking for—creating a direct, supported route into a thriving cybersecurity career.
