Apprenticeship & Contract-to-Hire Pathways

MiC Talent Solutions operates a U.S. Department of Labor–Registered Apprenticeship Program designed to develop workforce-ready cybersecurity talent through paid, structured, hands-on experience.

Apprentices are placed with employer partners as contract or contract-to-hire resources, allowing organizations to assess skills, readiness, and fit while building long-term talent pipelines. Apprenticeship pathways emphasize progression, mentorship, and applied experience aligned with employer demand.


Contract and Professional Services

We provide cybersecurity professionals as contract and professional services resources, supporting short-term projects, surge capacity, and specialized technical needs. This model allows employers to access skilled talent quickly while maintaining flexibility.
