MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub
Connecting Apprenticeship, Education, and Employer-Aligned Cybersecurity Talent Pathways
MiC Talent Solutions participates in the MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub, a coordinated ecosystem operated under Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC) that aligns leadership development, licensed education, and employer-driven workforce pathways.
What is the MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub?
The MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub is a structured workforce ecosystem designed to align community engagement, cybersecurity education, and employer-based talent development.
Rather than operating as separate initiatives, the Hub coordinates clearly defined organizations within an integrated model that supports individuals from career exploration through apprenticeship, professional practice, and long-term advancement.
The Hub itself does not provide direct instruction or employment placement. Instead, each participating organization operates independently within its designated scope while aligning strategically through the ecosystem framework.
How the Ecosystem Aligns
The MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub coordinates three complementary components:
Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC)
Leadership development, mentorship, and global professional community engagement.
MNC-CTC
A Texas Workforce Commission–approved career school delivering structured cybersecurity education through its Cybersecurity Residency Program.
MiC Talent Solutions
Registered apprenticeships, recruitment, employer partnerships, and workforce placement pathways.
Each entity maintains independent governance and regulatory responsibilities while aligning strategically through the Hub framework.
The Role of MiC Talent Solutions Within the Hub
MiC Talent Solutions serves as the workforce and employer-aligned component of the Hub.
Through registered apprenticeship programs, recruitment services, direct-hire placement, and workforce consulting, MiC Talent Solutions connects cybersecurity talent with real-world employer needs.
Key functions include:
U.S. Department of Labor–Registered Apprenticeship programs
Employer-aligned workforce pathway design
Recruitment and candidate placement services
Augmented staffing and project-based professional services
Corporate talent pipeline development
MiC Talent Solutions operates independently and is responsible for its own apprenticeship administration, recruitment operations, employer contracts, and workforce delivery outcomes.
Why This Matters for Employers?
Cybersecurity workforce efforts often operate in disconnected silos — separating community engagement, formal education, and workforce placement. This fragmentation can create inefficiencies in talent pipeline development.
The Hub addresses this by creating coordinated alignment between:
Community-based leadership development
Structured, licensed cybersecurity education
Employer-driven apprenticeship and placement pathways
This alignment supports sustainable, transparent, and scalable cybersecurity workforce development.
Designed for Employers and Workforce Partners
The MNC Cybersecurity Workforce Hub collaborates with:
Corporate cybersecurity teams
Public sector organizations
Workforce boards and economic development partners
Training and education providers
Emerging and mid-career cybersecurity professionals
Each partner engages at the level aligned with their operational role while maintaining clear boundaries between education, apprenticeship, and community functions.

Important Clarifier
MiC Talent Solutions provides apprenticeship, recruitment, and workforce services. Formal occupational instruction is delivered separately by MNC-CTC, a Texas Workforce Commission–approved career school. Leadership development and community programming are delivered by Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC). Participation in apprenticeship or workforce services does not constitute enrollment in an educational program unless separately admitted through MNC-CTC.
