A New Way of Training Cybersecurity Talent
A New Way of Training Cybersecurity Talent
Coming Soon:
MiC Talent Solutions partners with the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC) to support both aspiring and advancing cybersecurity professionals as they bridge the gap between education and real-world experience.
Through this partnership, MNC-CTC delivers structured, NICE Framework–aligned cybersecurity education, while MiC Talent Solutions supports paid apprenticeship and career pathway opportunities that allow students, residents, and working professionals to gain hands-on experience as they build or deepen cybersecurity skills.
MNC-CTC’s 39-month Cybersecurity Residency Program is designed to support individuals at multiple stages of their career—from those entering cybersecurity to professionals seeking to upskill—through technical training, leadership development, and applied learning aligned with national workforce standards.
Built on MiC Talent Solutions’ U.S. Department of Labor–Registered Apprenticeship Program, this pathway offers participants the opportunity to build meaningful, multi-year experience valued by employers, supporting career entry, transition, and advancement within the cybersecurity workforce.
